iCSee for PC How to Download, Install and Add Cameras to VMS Pro

Many users search for “iCSee for PC” because they want to view their iCSee cameras on a larger computer screen.

For compatible iCSee cameras, the Windows client introduced in this guide is called VMS Pro. It can be used to sign in to an iCSee cloud account, synchronize cameras already added to the mobile app, find cameras on the same local network, and view multiple camera channels from a Windows computer.

Tested environment: This guide was tested with VMS Pro on Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit. Menus, buttons and supported features may change in later software versions.

Quick Answer

To view an iCSee-compatible camera on a Windows PC:

  1. Download and install VMS Pro for Windows.
  2. Open VMS Pro.
  3. Choose a setup method:
    • QR Code Login: Sync cameras already connected to the iCSee mobile app.
    • Cloud Account Login: Sign in with your iCSee account.
    • Local Network Login: Find cameras on the same local network.
  4. Open Monitor and double-click an online camera.

For most home users, QR Code Login is the easiest method. For offices, stores or monitoring rooms with several cameras on the same network, Local Network Login may be more convenient.

What Is VMS Pro?

VMS Pro is a Windows management client for compatible iCSee cameras and recorders. It can be used for multi-camera live viewing, PTZ control, playback and local device management.

The iCSee mobile app is mainly used for mobile setup and remote access, while VMS Pro is designed for monitoring cameras from a Windows computer.

Why Is iCSee for PC Called VMS Pro?

The iCSee mobile app and VMS Pro are part of the same JFTECH software ecosystem. The Windows client is released under the product name VMS Pro rather than “iCSee for PC.”

For compatible iCSee cameras, VMS Pro is the JFTECH-provided Windows management client. Compatibility may vary by camera model, firmware and supplier configuration.

Package size: Approximately 127 MB
Tested system: Windows 11 Pro, 64-bit
Last verified: August 4, 2026

Before Download

Before installing VMS Pro, check the following:

  • Your computer is running a 64-bit version of Windows.
  • Download the software through the official JFTECH Software Download Center rather than an unknown third-party website.
  • VMS Pro is intended for compatible iCSee cameras. Cameras that use other apps, such as V380 or UBox, may not be supported.

If you reached the warning page through the JFTECH download path shown above, you can choose the browser option to continue.

If you prefer not to continue, ask your camera seller for the latest VMS Pro installation package.

How to Install VMS Pro on Windows

Extract the downloaded ZIP file, then open the extracted folder and double-click the .exe installer.

Select your preferred language and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation. Once finished, launch VMS Pro from the desktop shortcut or Windows Start menu.

How to Add iCSee Camera on PC

VMS Pro provides several ways to access compatible iCSee cameras.

MethodBest forSame local network required
QR Code LoginCameras already added to the iCSee mobile appNo
Cloud Account LoginUsers who know their iCSee account detailsNo
Local Network LoginCameras and PC connected to the same routerYes
Manual AddAdvanced users with the device IP and portDepends

For most home users, QR Code Login is the easiest option.

For offices, shops or monitoring rooms with several cameras on the same network, use Local Network Login.

Method 1: Sync Cameras from Your iCSee Account

Use this method when your cameras are already visible in the iCSee mobile app.

QR Code Login does not add a new camera to your account. It signs VMS Pro in to the same iCSee account and synchronizes the existing device list.

Option A: QR Code Login

Step 1: Open QR Code Login

Launch VMS Pro and select QR Code Login. Choose the same country or region used by your iCSee account. A login QR code will appear.

Note: This is a login QR code, not the QR code printed on the camera.

Step 2: Scan the QR Code with your iCSee App

Open the iCSee app on your phone. On the My Device page:

  1. Tap the + button.
  2. Select Scan.
  3. Scan the QR code displayed in VMS Pro.
  4. Confirm the login on your phone.

Step 3: Open the Camera in VMS Pro

After login, open Monitor. Your synchronized cameras should appear in the device list. Double-click an online camera to open its live view.

If the device list is empty, check that:

  • the correct region is selected;
  • your camera is online in the mobile iCSee app.

More login problems are covered in the troubleshooting section below.

Option B: Cloud Account Login

You can also select Cloud Account Login and sign in with your iCSee account details.

Choose the correct country or region, enter the requested account information, and click Sign In. Cameras connected to that account should then appear under Monitor.

Method 2: Automatically Add iCSee cameras to PC—no mobile phone required

Use Local Network Login when the PC and cameras are connected to the same router or local network.

Step 1: Select Local Network Login

Open VMS Pro and click Local Network Login.

Leave the prefilled local login information unchanged and click SIGNIN.

Step 2: Select Automatic Device Addition

Choose: Add devices automatically

VMS Pro may display a warning that the process could modify the device’s IP address. If you are authorized to manage the cameras and network, click Yes to continue.

Step 3: Wait for VMS Pro to Find the Cameras

VMS Pro will search the local network and display compatible devices in Device Manager.

A discovered device may appear as Online or Offline.

  • Online: VMS Pro can currently connect to the device.
  • Offline: The device has been found or saved, but VMS Pro cannot currently connect to it.

In our test, one offline device displayed User Not Exist. This usually points to a device username or authentication problem rather than a general network outage.

Step 4: Open the Live View

Return to Monitor and double-click an online camera.

If No Camera Is Found

Check the following:

  • the camera is powered on;
  • the camera and PC are connected to the same router;
  • the camera is not using an isolated guest Wi-Fi network;
  • Windows Firewall has not blocked VMS Pro;
  • a VPN is not changing the PC network connection;
  • the camera is compatible with VMS Pro.

Advanced Option: Add a Camera Manually

VMS Pro also supports manual device addition.

This method normally requires technical information such as:

  • device IP address;
  • port;
  • username;
  • password.

For most users, QR Code Login or automatic local network discovery is easier.

View Multiple iCSee Cameras on a PC

After the cameras are added, open Monitor and select a multi-screen layout.

Double-click each device to place its live video in a viewing window. PTZ controls are also available for compatible cameras.

The number of channels that can play smoothly depends on the computer, camera resolution and network performance.

Recording and Playback

VMS Pro also includes recording, playback and backup functions. The exact steps depend on whether the video is stored on the PC, camera memory card or recorder.

These functions will be covered in separate guides after testing with the current VMS Pro version.

VMS Pro Troubleshooting

iCSee Cameras Do Not Appear on PC After Cloud Login

Check that:

  • the correct iCSee account is being used;
  • the correct country or region is selected;
  • the cameras are online in the iCSee mobile app;
  • both the PC and phone have internet access.

Sign out and try again after confirming these settings.

iCSee Cameras Listed as Offline

An offline status may be caused by:

  • loss of power or network connection;
  • a changed Wi-Fi network or IP address;
  • incorrect device credentials;
  • firmware or compatibility differences.

First check whether the camera still works in the iCSee mobile app.

VMS Pro Finds the Camera but Shows No Video

Try the following:

  • double-click the camera channel again;
  • wait a few seconds for the stream to connect;
  • close other active camera channels;
  • restart the camera and VMS Pro;
  • allow VMS Pro through Windows Firewall;
  • use a lower-resolution stream if available.

Local Network Search Finds No Devices

Confirm that the PC and cameras are on the same accessible local network.

Guest Wi-Fi, network isolation, VPNs and firewall settings can prevent automatic discovery.

The QR Code Cannot Be Scanned

Increase the computer screen brightness and make sure the entire QR code is visible.

If the code has expired, reopen QR Code Login to generate a new one.
