I got the camera through aliexpress through a third party, inside the package there was a note that the Alexa and google home services for this thing was disabled in the factory and to contact customer service, but the company that sold on Ali express has stopped selling. I wondered if you guys know since you are the factory, if there is a way to turn on Alexa functions for it
