AI elevator camera for Electric Bike Prevention and Passenger Safety
This elevator camera is a dedicated elevator safety surveillance system designed to prevent electric bicycles from entering elevator cars. Using AI-based visual recognition, it accurately identifies people and electric bikes in real time. When an electric bike is detected, the system immediately triggers a voice alarm and interacts with the elevator control system to stop operation and keep the doors open, reducing fire and explosion risks caused by lithium batteries inside enclosed elevator spaces.
Intelligent Linkage with Elevator Control System
The elevator camera outputs alarm signals through normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) contacts. These signals can be directly linked to the elevator light curtain or door opening button. When an electric bike enters the elevator car, the system activates the light curtain or door opening mechanism, preventing the elevator doors from closing and ensuring the elevator cannot operate until the bike leaves the cabin.
Multi-Function Detection for Elevator Safety Management
In addition to electric bike detection, this elevator camera supports human and bike shape detection, elevator door status detection, mask detection, and obstruction warnings. Optional functions include a gyroscope-based person counting version, enabling detection of elevator up, down, static states, and trapped person events. The system can also integrate smoke, flame, and smoking behavior recognition to further enhance elevator safety.
Flexible Installation and Remote Management
The camera lens supports 360° horizontal rotation and 75° vertical rotation, with remote angle adjustment for precise coverage inside elevator cars. Custom voice alarm audio is supported to meet local safety requirements. The system supports remote arming, disarming, live video viewing, and alarm data reception via mobile apps and PC platforms, enabling centralized property management.
