    Click the Record Channel icon. Blue means recording has started.

    Click the icon again to stop recording. Gray means recording has stopped.

Where Are VMS Pro Recordings Saved?

After recording, open the storage disk you selected in Record Settings. Then find the local recording folder and open the folder named after your camera.

Selected Disk → Records → Local Records → Camera Name
Example: If you selected the C:/ drive and your camera name is Test Model, open C:/ → Records → Local Records → Test Model.

How to Play VMS Pro Recorded Videos

VMS Pro recorded files may use H.265 video format. Some default media players may not be able to open them directly.

Recommended solution: Use a media player that supports H.265 playback. Some popular media players, such as PotPlayer, may be able to play H.265 files.

No. Based on the current download option we tested, VMS Pro is for 64-bit Windows only.

It is not available for Android, iPhone, iPad, or macOS. Mac users usually need to use the iCSee mobile app on iPhone or iPad, or check whether their camera seller provides another Mac-compatible solution.

10Why does the VMS Pro download link show a browser warning?

The official JFTECH download page may redirect the final VMS Pro download to a separate download domain. In some browsers, that final download page may show a “not secure” or certificate warning.

11How do I add iCSee cameras to VMS Pro?

You can add iCSee-compatible cameras to VMS Pro in two common ways: Cloud Account Login or Local Network Login.

If your cameras are already added to the iCSee mobile app, log in to VMS Pro with the same cloud account or scan the VMS Pro login QR code with the iCSee app.

If your cameras and PC are on the same network, use Local Network Login to let VMS Pro find compatible cameras automatically.

12Where are VMS Pro recordings saved?

After recording, open the storage disk selected in Record Settings and go to:

Records → Local Records → Camera Name

For example, if you selected the C:/ drive and your camera name is Test Model, the recordings may be saved under:

C:/ → Records → Local Records → Test Model

13Why can’t I play videos recorded from VMS Pro?

VMS Pro recordings may use H.265 video format. Some default media players may not support H.265 playback.
