Open the Yoosee App login screen, tap “Forgot password”, then choose to reset via registered email or phone number. Follow the verification code prompts to set a new password.

Yoosee cameras store the original WiFi password. After changing your Wi-Fi password, you must reset the camera (hold RESET for 5–10 seconds) and re-add it using the new credentials.

Press and hold the RESET button (on the device’s body or cable) for 5–10 seconds until you hear “Di…” followed by “Reset successful”. Then re-add the device via the App.

The reset button’s location depends on your camera model. It’s often beside the Ethernet port for Pan/Tilt Wi-Fi cameras, or on the back for water-drop and mirror shape cube Wi-Fi cameras. It may be a tiny hole, sometimes marked “RESET,” requiring a sharp item like a toothpick to press. Ensure it’s not the microphone by checking for the mark.

To reset, press and hold for up to 5 seconds until you hear a tone, resetting to factory defaults without erasing SD/TF card data.

Connecting involves using the Yoosee app. The evidence leans toward these methods:

• Hotspot Method: Add via hotspot, select 2.4GHz WiFi, enter password, connect to camera’s “GW_” network, and wait for setup.
• Smart Addition: Use QR code (10-30cm away) or acoustic wave, enter WiFi password, and set up.
• Online Method: Connect camera to router via Ethernet, add via app, and set name. Ensure 2.4GHz WiFi, as 5GHz isn’t supported.

1. Confirm your mobile is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (Yoosee cameras do not support 5 GHz).
2. Reset the camera (press and hold the RESET button for 5–10 seconds until you hear “Reset successful”).
3. In the App, tap “+” → “Scan QR code” or “Add manually”, then follow the on-screen prompts.
4. Ensure the App has location (GPS) permission enabled so it can detect the camera’s hotspot.

• Restart your router and phone, then reset and re-add the camera.
• If you have a second Wi-Fi network (e.g., mobile hotspot), switch to it and retry.
• Confirm the camera supports “Fast Networking” (listen for the “dudu” setup tone).
• Ensure GPS/location permission is granted.

• Ensure the TF/SD card is formatted as FAT32 and supports up to 128 GB.
• In the App, go to “Settings” → “Record settings”, enable “Record switch”, then re-format the card.
• If issues persist, replace the card and retry.

• Power off and restart the camera without resetting again.
• If the problem recurs, contact the seller to arrange factory repair.

In the Yoosee App, tap the “Share” icon on the device card and choose to share via Yoosee account, QR code, or social tools. The recipient must have a Yoosee account to accept the share.

• In the App, go to “Alarm settings” and ensure both “Alarm” and “Push notifications” are enabled.
• On Android, allow the Yoosee App to run in the background and disable battery-saving restrictions.
• On iOS, ensure notifications are allowed under Settings → Notifications → Yoosee.
